For write up
- Only original and unpublished media will be accepted. In the event that the work was accepted for publication elsewhere, please let us know.
- Format: A Word document (doc or .docx) with English (UK) spellings. The font should be Times New Roman, 12 Point and single-spaced.
- We may share submissions on social media platforms. Please let us know if you are comfortable with us doing so, and if so, share your social media handles for us to be able to tag you.
- Please send us the author’s biography of no more than 100 words along with the author’s picture and any social media handles you’d like to share with your article.
- Article lengths vary widely from 300 to 3,000 words. On occasion, longer articles and excerpts also appear in the magazine.
- Reference: Vancouver reference style. Example:Timilsina A. Intersecting mental health and sexual and reproductive health. Health Prospect: Journal of Public Health. 2018 Jul 14;17(1):18-20.
- Any verbal, visual, physical, psychological, social, economic abuse and harassment are not tolerable.
- The writer could be anonymous as well.
- Be respectful to others and their ideas so everyone can feel safe and motivated to put forward their views. No blaming and shaming is tolerated.
- Critical and constructive discussion on the issues/ideas is encouraged but do not attack other people/ their ideas.
- Avoid jargon terminologies and use the commonly used terms to explain things.
- As we do not pay for submissions, we trust that this will be a useful platform to share your experiences and contribute to our e-magazine.

- Report: It is your rights and responsibility to report such violation of commitments to concerned authority at any time you encounter or witness. It includes harassment related to origin, gender, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical characteristics, disability, religion, religion, personal and professional background and age.
